Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in Project Management or Finance, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred, Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required, Loan/mortgage industry experience preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop communications, policies, procedures and reporting for finance projects
- Track performance of finance projects and ensure compliance with regulations
- Streamline communication, workflow and processes within Finance departments
- Draft SOPs and implement SLAs for company-wide staff
- Collaborate with department heads to manage project milestones and KPIs
