We are seeking a dedicated Senior Identity Management Specialist to join our dynamic support team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our identity management systems, ensuring smooth and secure access for users across multiple platforms. Position Title: Senior Identity Management Specialist

Location: Remote - LATAM

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and support the implementation and maintenance of identity management systems, with a primary focus on Okta.
  • Federate multiple Active Directory environments into our central Okta platform.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for identity management issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired practices' systems into the national Active Directory.
  • Document all processes, changes, and solutions in a detailed and structured manner.
  • Participate in the development and execution of training and onboarding processes for new team members and contractors.
  • Support after-hours and weekend incidents based on incident levels and operational needs.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • 5+ years of proven experience with Okta identity management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and federated identity management.
  • Experience in integrating multiple systems and directories into a central identity management platform.
  • Familiarity with user access management, security protocols, and identity governance.
  • AD Engineer: Understanding of FISMO roles, Group Policy (Managed by Endpoint Engineering), Security Delegations, Risk Remediations, Kerberos/LDAP/LDAPS/Auth Troubleshooting. Bonus: SAML, OiDC, SCIM.
  • Strong log analysis skills.
  • PowerShell, Power Automate: GraphAPI experience.
  • Experience in security best practices.
  • AD Analyst: AD User Object Management, AD Group Object Management.
  • Understanding of the FICAM framework.
  • Okta SME/Administrator (Any of these: Application Integrations, Federations, or Workflows).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in identity management contexts.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer support experience.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to evolving demands.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications related to identity management or Okta (nice to have).
  • Experience with other identity management platforms (nice to have).
  • Understanding of network security and access management (nice to have).
