About the role:

Your role will be the frontline support for our amazing users, both employees and employers. In addition, you'll work closely with employers to make sure their HR/Payroll systems work seamlessly and troubleshoot integration-related issues.

‍💻 Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users (employees and employers), providing support via in-app chat and email, and resolving both simple issues and technical queries.
  • Work closely with the tech team to identify and implement workflow improvements that enhance the overall customer experience on our platform.
  • Assist employers in the integration of their HR/Payroll systems with the platform and troubleshoot integration-related issues as they arise.
  • Conduct reconciliation of reports received from our partners to ensure accuracy and consistency in data.
  • Optimize partner and support processes to operate efficiently at scale, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for both employers and employees.
  • Develop and refine internal documentation for our knowledge base, ensuring that processes are well-documented and easily accessible to all team members to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Keep external user knowledge base up to date.
