Job description

Position: French Program Developer

Summary:
The French Program Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing French language courses and resources for eTalk Live tutoring French A1-B2 & exam prep programs. This role involves curriculum development, instructional design, and collaboration with educators to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students of all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and revise French language programs, including curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
Ensure alignment with educational standards and language proficiency frameworks (e.g., CEFR).
Collaborate with teachers, linguists, and other stakeholders to integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies.
Conduct needs assessments to tailor the program for various learner groups, such as beginners, intermediate, and advanced speakers.
Provide professional development and training sessions for educators and language instructors.
Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making adjustments as needed.
Stay up-to-date with language acquisition research and trends to continually improve the program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, French Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience in curriculum design and program development, specifically for language education.
Proficiency in French and understanding of language acquisition principles.
Strong communication and project management skills.
