- Accelerate customer adoption of the product portfolio
- Own renewal strategy and ensure timely renewals
- Identify new growth opportunities and defend against competition
- Conduct proactive calls and maintain records via Salesforce.com
- Act as a liaison and Trusted Advisor for customers
