We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing operations team. You will play a key role in developing and executing best-in-class marketing technology and operational processes. Collaborating closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations and other functions in a matrix environment, you will ensure that our technology and processes align with business objectives for our teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Program Execution: Utilize Marketo to develop and activate marketing program assets, including smart lists, emails, landing pages, and web forms.
  • Lead Process Management: Assist in managing the internal lead process by training and governing lead qualification and system processes in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Operations Management: Oversee marketing operations requests to ensure timely delivery in accordance with service-level agreements.
  • Performance Insights: Provide stakeholders with insights into campaign performance, demand generation metrics, and KPIs using Marketo, Salesforce, and other BI platforms.
  • Database Quality Management: Maintain and enhance database quality through programs utilizing tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and RingLead.
     
Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar operational functions (e.g., Sales Ops, Rev Ops).
  • 2+ years of experience with Marketo required; Marketo Expert Certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce required, with emphasis in report building and multi-touch marketing attribution, etc.
  • Experience with data orchestration technologies such as RingLead, Dataloader.io, or DemandTools is required.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business challenges and provide solutions using process and technology.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel is required; experience with SQL, DAX, and/or data analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
  • Familiarity with API/Webhooks, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other technical skills needed for developing integrated systems and marketing assets is preferred.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing concepts, including lead management, demand generation, nurturing, and governance.
  • Working knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment or Agile methodology, preferably in Jira.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related technical field is required.
  • Proven track record of success and commitment to achieving goals.
