Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of National Accounts to join our prestigious hotel brand, specializing in luxury hospitality. This role offers the opportunity to operate remotely while leading our sales initiatives for two premier properties located in the vibrant Southern California market. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to enhance group business and drive revenue growth across both properties.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients and industry partners to secure group bookings and maintain rate integrity.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business prospects and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Enhance brand visibility and generate leads by actively participating in industry events, trade shows, and client engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, revenue management, and marketing, to synchronize efforts and optimize sales outcomes.
  • Deliver regular reports on sales performance, market developments, and competitor activities to senior leadership.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful execution, focusing on client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Serve as an ambassador for our brand, embodying our core values of excellence, integrity, and outstanding service.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in group sales within the hospitality sector, concentrating on group business.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of the West Coast market and key industry segments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Previous experience in a remote sales role is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related discipline is preferred.
