Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Working hours are to be finalized but it will be 8 hours within 5am to 6pm San Jose, CA Time
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients
  • Conduct initial screening and qualification of leads
  • Provide basic information about financial hardship options
  • Coordinate with senior team members for complex cases
  • Contribute to meeting team goals for appointments and transfers

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone conversations with potential clients in the United States
  • Triage client needs through brief intake and assessment
  • Perform warm transfers to senior representatives when appropriate
  • Schedule appointments with senior team members if immediate transfer is not possible
  • Use phone dialing service (PhoneBurner) to manage calls efficiently
  • Handle some text and email communications with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company’s CRM system

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (Must submit voice recording)
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to empathize with clients facing financial difficulties
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts related to debt and financial hardship
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and phone dialing software
  • Ability to work independently in a home office environment
  • Flexibility to work within U.S. time zones
