The Change team are a pivotal internal team that partner with our business, support our leaders, understand our people, and help them to adapt to change, while improving outcomes for our members and the WA community.  

  

As a Change Manager you will be working closely with leaders to support Change Management and communication solution across our organisation. Focusing on ensuring positive change outcomes and engaging communications that support RAC strategic and business unit objectives 

  

This position will be offered as a 12-month max term contract, and we are open to considering Full Time or Part Time options with the opportunity to work from home and in our Joondalup/West Perth office locations.  

  

What will you be doing?  

  • Building relationships and liaising with key stakeholders to define Change needs and solutions.  

  • Lead and coordinating change impacts across various internal business units and projects.   

  • Lead the design and implementation of change specific communications.  

  • Define key success metrics, conduct relevant change management assessments, and monitor progress of change implementation.  

  • Assess employee readiness, create, and implement action plans prior to rollout of strategic initiatives.  

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of change management strategies.

You will have a flare for what you do, a positive approach, and are passionate about building trust in your stakeholder groups. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and team members quickly is something that comes naturally to you, and this enables you to bring people on the change journeyIn addition to this, you will have the following skills and attributes:  

  

  • Demonstrated experience in leading change for enterprise wide, project or and/or operational initiatives.  

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing change within diverse organisations.  

  • Experience in guiding and influencing stakeholders.  

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of applying established and contemporary change management approaches, practices, and tools.  

  • Change certifications or equivalent business experience is desirable.
