Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s franchise operations, playing a crucial role in their expansion and day-to-day management. This position offers a unique blend of administrative support, franchisee relations, and business development. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to facilitate smooth operations across multiple brands, assist with franchisee onboarding, and contribute to site selection processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about the prospect of contributing to the growth of innovative franchise concepts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage franchisee onboarding processes, ensuring new partners are set up for success
  • Create and review documentation for franchisees, maintaining consistency and clarity across brands
  • Assist in site selection by researching potential commercial locations using platforms like CoStar
  • Monitor franchisee progress through opening checklists, providing support and follow-up as needed
  • Participate in calls with franchisees, taking detailed notes and addressing concerns promptly
  • Coordinate tasks across multiple franchise brands, prioritizing effectively to meet business needs
  • Support expansion efforts in both US and Canadian markets, leveraging market-specific knowledge
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline franchise operations and improve efficiency
Requirements

  • Client onboarding experience a plus
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in various software platforms and willingness to learn new tools
