This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, flexible schedule with meetings on Monday at 9 AM MST (12 AM Manila Time)

Job Description

Join our team of financial professionals as an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately recording daily transactions, managing receipt documentation, and processing payroll for our clients. Leverage your bookkeeping expertise while working with cutting-edge accounting software and contributing to the growth of a respected business services firm.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately record daily transactions in a timely manner
  • Manage receipt documentation and data entry processes
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for most clients, and weekly payroll for one specific client
  • Post payroll data to QuickBooks and other accounting systems
  • Attend weekly meetings to discuss workload and address any issues or concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records for clients


Requirements


  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot software issues

Scope
  • Provide bookkeeping services for multiple clients
  • Utilize various accounting software and systems used by clients
  • Collaborate with the internal team for weekly meetings and updates
