Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM AEST with 1 hr unpaid lunch (40hrs per week)


Responsibilities:

  • Processes invoice & trade finance requests
  • Approving & checking invoices / Coding inventory items
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable
  • General Administration and Data Entry
  • Data Management and Analysis

Requirements
  • Have used Google Suite
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Accustomed to Microsoft Excel and will be using formulas
  • Knowledgeable in Xero
