They are now looking for a Ward Admin Assistant to join their growing team and help manage day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage facility onboarding and General Practitioner (GP) referrals.
Oversee Next of Kin (NOK) consent management.
Process claims and complete reviews on the PPA Portal.
Book travel for team members and manage email inbox administration.
Engage with key stakeholders such as pharmacists, GPs, and practice managers.

Requirements

Strong command of the English language.

Well-organized with efficient administrative abilities.
