Duties and Responsibilities:
● Project Execution and Management: Lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Projects include but are not limited to client tenant migrations, AD on-premises to Azure migrations, and MDM setup and compliance management.
● Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical expert in Microsoft technologies, providing guidance and support to the project team and stakeholders. Ensure technical solutions are aligned with the project's objectives and compliance requirements.
● Compliance and Security: Ensure all projects comply with relevant standards and frameworks such as NIST and CIS. Implement security measures and practices to safeguard data during migrations and within cloud environments.
● Troubleshooting and Support: Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues encountered during projects. Ensure issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner, minimizing impact on project timelines and deliverables.
● Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft technologies and compliance standards. Recommend improvements to existing processes and technologies to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 3-5 years experience as a Microsoft Engineer
● Certifications in Microsoft technologies, with a minimum of MD-100: Windows 10 and MS-102: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security.
● Proven experience in managing and executing client tenant migrations, AD on-
● premises to Azure migrations, and MDM setup and compliance management projects.
● Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST and CIS.
● Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Advanced certifications in Microsoft technologies.
● Experience with cloud security and governance tools.
● Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools.
● Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
● Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Intune.
Advantageous Skills:
- Experience in configuring and integration of Apple Business Manager
- MS Intune device management experience
