Position Title: Executive/Admin Assistant
Work Set-up: Hybrid (3 Days in the office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: Php 20,000.00 - Php 30,000.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN EXECUTIVE/ADMIN ASSISTANT

Our client is seeking a motivated and highly organized executive/admin assistant to support the development of our online professional development platform and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a crucial role in the startup environment, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Responsibilities as an Executive/Admin Assistant:
• Provide input and suggestions for improving workflow, communication, and the user experience of the platform.
• Research and assist in selecting the best hosting platform for our business to ensure a user friendly and visually appealing interface
• Develop course modules from concept to completion, including incorporating animated video content and ensuring all content is in alignment with business branding
• Collaborate on content creation related to strategies for managing complex behaviors in children
• Organise course materials, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly learning experience
• Create professional development resources tailored to schools and educators
• Assist with ongoing research and offer technical support where needed
• Support day-to-day administrative operations, including email management, grant applications and coordination of tasks using Excel.
• Ensure all content is aligned with trauma-informed practices and child psychology principles
• Maintain highly organized and detailed records of all work using Excel, Word, Canva, and other relevant tools

Qualifications as an Executive/Admin Assistant:

• Previous experience in course/module development is highly desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong computer skills & excellent English/written communication skills for course creation
• Knowledgeable in social welfare, with a focus on mental health and child welfare advocacy.
• Knowledge of child psychology, trauma, and its impact on behavior is essential.
• Passionate about helping children and supporting social welfare initiatives.
• Ability to research and recommend technical platforms and tools
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with professional development in an educational context is a plus
