Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CRM Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of a CRM project. This role requires an understanding of CRM software, project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with various functional teams.

Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; track project progress; and report on project status to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain project documentation.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Develop and implement best practices for CRM project management.
Facilitate communication between project team members.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
