Job Description : Industry and Automation Practice at Nagarro is responsible for working with a wide range of industrial clients to create transformative solutions. Our consultants are a differentiator when we develop Industry 4.0 focused digital solutions that help create a Connected Enterprise leveraging technologies such as: Industrial IoT, Cloud, Reality Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, SAP S/4 Hana, Mobile, Custom Application and more.

Candidate: The role of a Pre-Sales Consultant is to help steer our client initiatives by enabling and supporting the sales cycle. They plan marketing events, generate leads, craft client pitches, own the proposals to client, plan and steer workshops, organize demonstrations, engage with partners and so forth.

Some of the skills and experience that a successful candidate would demonstrate are:

1) Technology driven experience in at least one domain: manufacturing, industrial, automotive, light engineering, heavy engineering, chemical, food, beverages, consumer goods, agriculture.

2) A consultative mindset to look at the big picture by identifying the client's business problems, identify solution options and propose optimal solution to the client.

3) The candidate must have experience in creating formal responses for RFI/RFQ, often in short time duration and in the process own the proposal response process from start to finish.

4) To create an winning edge to our value proposition, the role requires agility and curiosity to perform background research on client, industry, competition, technology, domain.

5) The sales proposals are crafted in English language using MS office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Hence, excellent fluency in English language and MS office usage is essential.

6) The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of at least two of the following technologies: Data analytics/ IoT / Cloud/ Enterprise software / Application development / Mobile / Reality Technologies / User Experience / Testing / Business Intelligence/UI-UX design.

7) The role requires deep collaboration with stakeholders across the globe, across varied functions, and hence successful candidates must be able to able to communicate with clarity, know how to disagree, how to address opposition, how to navigate the conflicts in multi-stakeholder requirement and how to build consensus.

8) It would be beneficial to have a good understanding of the methods and best practices for SDLC, project management and resource loading.

9) The ideal candidate must have completed post-graduate studies, preferably in Engineering and an MBA from a top tier institute.

10) Previous experience of creating marketing materials (campaign design, videos, brochures) would be very beneficial

11) Previous experience in conducting customer workshops to elicit their business requirements would be very beneficial.
