We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can take the paid media transformation to a next level at Kimberly-Clark, benchmarking with the best-of-the-best in the industry.

  • Responsible to improve media ROI, creating the new Media operations HUB, enable data-guided planning and optimization in markets, transform media to be more consumer-centric and business-driven.

  • Partner with markets to build new capabilities in Data-guided media planning, media reporting & analysis, as well as media partnerships.

  • Develop talent and build a strong regional team internally within KC and externally with agency partners.

  • Standardize success measure framework for paid media, planning and optimization.

1. Spearheading major transformative initiatives across all EM markets, including:

   - Overhauling aid media operations and implementing new media strategies across EM

   - Developing global Joint Business Plans (JBPs).

2. Collaborating with the Global team and IPC team to achieve scalability for new models.

3. Lead 3 Digital and Media leaders in LATAM, EMEA and APAC to support local markets on the implementation

• 10-15 years of extensive experience in paid media across various markets.
• A proven track record of success in paid media planning and buying. Deep understanding of key platforms, trends, best practices– priorities are Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, Google.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate degree preferred.


Skills
• Strategic thought leadership: able to translate business and brand objectives to paid media priorities and outcomes
• Goal-oriented: able to define stretching goals, challenge the status quo, build talent and capability, and be highly accountable for outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills: able to assess, interpret, and integrate learning from multiple sources to enable data-driven media planning and optimization to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment and with external agency partners to deliver results.
• External focus: able to work with external platforms, agencies, find the right resources/capabilities to deliver business goals.
• Experience with media reporting and tracking tools.
• Experience running test/learn experiments and documenting best practices/principles.
