We are now looking for a collaborative and motivated Channel Account Manager with experience in Audio and Visual Solutions to join our team in South Africa. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with new and existing channel partners and system integrators to promote sales and revenue.
You will be responsible for supervising the progress and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at reaching sales goals in your assigned area, offering training and assistance to collaborators, and working jointly with in-house groups to guarantee partner contentment and positive outcomes.
You have a deep understanding of the channel sales model, good communication skills and a solid background in channel sales. You are a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and work effectively in a diverse environment. You are enthusiastic about building genuine relationships and ensuring business growth through channel partnerships.
You will report into our Head – Central, Eastern and Southern Africa. Candidate must reside in South Africa and will work remotely.
The preferred start date for this role is December 2024.
Your day-to-day
Manage and grow existing relationships with South African channel partners/System Integrators
Identify, recruit, and onboard new opportunities and partnerships to ensure long-term growth within channel
Co-develop and execute on strategic plans for your territory to achieve sales targets
Manage partner onboarding, training sessions, and monthly/quarterly business reviews
Coordinate access to online and onsite training on new products, solution sets, Jabra’s corporate vision, value proposition, etc.
Develop all aspects of partner forecasting and pipeline with your manager and your partners; provide reporting and analytical data to track and measure your performance against your monthly and annual targets
Provide reporting and analytical data to your partners in order to support and ensure achievement of their partner program status
Work closely with the global sales- and local team to ensure alignment and collaboration
Establishing good customer relationships at all levels, advanced solution selling capabilities, conducting sales presentations, and leveraging all available resources to grow the channel in your markets
Be keenly aware of the channel partners' strategy and be viewed and treated as a trusted advisor and valued resource for them.

What you bring to the team
5+ years of experience in channel sales, selling Audio and Visual Solutions
A deep understanding of the channel sales model
Documented history of consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Great business understanding and the ability to become the trusted advisor to partners
Experience with sales/productivity tools (Incl MS Dynamic, Word, Excel etc.).
