For one of our Web & Middleware teams we are looking for Junior Web & Middleware System Administrator , who is willing to take the next step in his/her professional journey.

As one of our technical engineers you will combine diverse technical knowledge with operational experience to manage some of the most advanced IT solutions provided by market leading vendors (Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, etc.) and open source communities. Position is great natural step for junior Webhosting and Linux support/sysadmins who want to go deeper in Applications.

In a later and more advanced level you will have the chance to participate in implementation of DevOps culture and tools in large enterprise environments.

Daily Challenges

  • Troubleshooting complex issues and providing solutions
  • Designing, innovating, deploying, and following solutions/ procedures to improve working process
  • Planning and implementing changes
  • Availability and capacity management
  • Creating and implementing service improvement

On this role you will:

•       Administer and support the cutting-edge IT environments of industry leading companies with Unix based Web and Middleware technologies;

•       Maintain and improve availability, performance and security in our customers’ infrastructures;

•       Collaborate extensively with customers, account communities, internal and external technical stakeholders to gain trust and provide seamless client experience.

eXperience and skills required

•       Good English language;

•       Knowledge in administration of Linux-based operating systems including bash scripting;

•       Basic understanding of Web and Middleware products like Apache web server, Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic.

Knowledge and experience in the below mentioned fields will be considered as advantage:

•       DevOps tools - Jenkins, Ansible, etc;

•       Web Services and Services Oriented Architecture is a plus;

•       Certificates, SSL handshakes, MQ, encryption;

•       Load balancing, clustering, high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
