Data Management Group Coordinator

In Hungary, KOSTAL is building its first business service centre to provide business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales and HR fields. This is a global centre with high value-added and complex processes, which you can help to grow.

The work can be managed remotely – with time-to-time office presence depending on the team’s agreement and the demand of the respective professional area – from any location in Hungary. In case of some company events, office attendance is expected from the colleagues. Technical conditions for working from home are fully in place.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

• Maintenance of vendor and customer master data
• Maintenance of business partner master data
• Support in the central master data team
• Maintenance of Bank accounts for Vendors and Customers
• Execute knowledge transfer and ensure documentation is created to enable the sustainability of services.
• Develop thorough knowledge transfer framework and ensure documentation is delivered to enable sustainability of services 
• Support of the global master data quality control based on control reports (completion, actuality, potential deviations, material usage)

• Good understanding of Office tools
• Good understanding of SAP MM/SD modules, SAP BP knowledge
