Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup
