Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services while effectively resolving customer inquiries.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the internal system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established protocols to ensure quality and compliance in service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with customer service software or tools is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
