Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus
  • Stable internet connection and suitable home office environment
