Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative to work from the stunning location of Greece! Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the company’s products and services while efficiently addressing customer inquiries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional assistance.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures to maintain quality and compliance in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not essential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a desire to learn
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as necessary
