Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers regarding aviation services and products.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance related to flight operations, scheduling, and related services.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to enhance customer experience.
  • Adhere to quality assurance and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in a call center or customer support environment, preferably in aviation
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficient in using various computer systems and customer support tools
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to industry-specific knowledge
  • Flexible with scheduling, including the possibility of shift work
  • Valid passport or ID for travel/relocation purposes
