Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Polish-speaking customers, offering assistance and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience.
• Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory, restock shelves, and uphold the store's presentation standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in customer service.
