  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.

  • Follow established guidelines to ensure compliance and quality in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable working environment

  • Residing in Greece or willingness to relocate if necessary
