Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential events that align with BingX’s business goals
• Maintain and update the global events calendar
• Develop and implement an events strategy that enhances BingX’s brand objectives regionally and globally
• Oversee the logistics of events, including planning, budgeting, and execution, to maximize return on investment
• Attend and manage on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution
• Leverage social media for interactive event campaigns and creative event planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate event objectives and ensure alignment with company strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in event planning and execution, with a preference for 1-3 years in the blockchain, financial, or technology sectors
• Capable of managing and executing medium-scale projects independently
• Educational background in Event Management, Marketing, Branding, or Public Relations
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in strategy to match changing business environments
• Knowledge of blockchain and financial industry trends to tailor events that cater to business and client needs

• Proficiency in English;  additional fluency in Chinese is a plus
