Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Salesforce Business Analyst - North America

Job Summary: The Salesforce Business Analyst will lead and be responsible for the Salesforce implementation and support in North America. This individual will work under the guidance of Global SFDC leadership to create and is responsible for implementing the North America Refinish Salesforce strategy.

Work Location: This remote role requires a local presence in the PA surrounding area to allow for periodic onsite presence in Glen Mills, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the system: Understand how users utilize (and want to utilize) Salesforce and be able to link this with the business needs and expectations. Using this understanding, drive continuous improvement and look for opportunities to increase efficiency and implement best practices. Play a pivotable role in leveraging the full potential of the Salesforce platform for Axalta NA Refinish.
  • Work in the system: Create configurable solutions comprised of workflows, flows, profiles, custom objects, custom fields, sharing rules, and validation rules in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Must enjoy creating reports and dashboards for users and business decision makers. 
  • Promote the system: Drive user adoption of Salesforce and its functionality. Responsible for all change-management and regularly scheduled releases. Offer training to sales and support roles, while creating evergreen training content for the business. Champion and enforce data integrity by coaching users to drive consistent and proper handling of data across the business.
  • Forge partnerships with multiple business functions, including business executives, Finance, Legal, Sales leaders and IT to identify, document, and implement streamlined business processes.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and cases by conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Partner with IT as the spokesperson for North America Refinish, ensuring that all solutions are globally aligned. Guide onshore and offshore development and implementation teams.
  • Partner with the SFDC Global Manager and Global Salesforce Architect(s) in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases by also facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience, with experience of Sales Cloud required. Knowledge of, and experience with some or all the following is strongly desired: Service Cloud, Field Service Lightening, CPQ, and Tableau.
  • Travel required: approx. 25%.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required (would consider candidate working to complete).
  • Able to take business requirements and turn them into a worldclass Salesforce solution.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills preferred in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding and/or experience in an agile development environment.
  • Comfortable working directly at all levels from management to end users, stakeholders and business users to build solutions.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere to manage various requests.
  • Proficient working with Sales personnel with varying levels of system experience and capability across the region.
  • Outstanding project management, communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience leading through influence and directing activities of colleagues outside of management hierarchy.
  • Create an environment for open conversations, and clearly communicate information back out to the appropriate teams.
