Job description

You know that corporate document or piece of research you know you have somewhere but you can’t seem to find it? 🤯 The struggle to gather, organize and visualize all corporate knowledge and insights is real.

We are Stravito and this is the problem we solve.

Due to the universal nature of this problem, our customers come from various industries all around the world. We help world-leading organizations, such as McDonald’s, Nestlé, Burberry and Heineken, get closer to their customers and make better, insights-backed decisions by organizing their knowledge and making it easy to access through our intuitive platform.

We really mean it when we say we're a diverse and international team as our team of 100 has more than 30 different nationalities! We are guided by our operating principles: simplicity first, an “own it, do it” mentality, embracing different perspectives, and enjoying the journey together.

About the job

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, North America, you will have full ownership of developing and executing localized marketing strategies that drive both new business pipeline and customer expansion. You will be responsible for managing field marketing campaigns, building strong regional communities, executing events, and overseeing local activations to support growth across the North American market. As a senior member of the marketing team, you will be expected to adapt global programs and playbooks to fit the specific needs of the North American market while also pioneering new, innovative approaches to drive regional success. Key responsibilities includes:

Pipeline Generation

  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies to drive new business and customer growth in North America.
  • Adapt global marketing programs to fit regional needs and ensure local impact.
  • Align closely with Sales, Account Management, and Global Marketing teams to meet pipeline and revenue goals.

Event planning & Community-building

  • Lead regional events such as industry conferences, webinars, and roundtables to engage key decision-makers, build brand awareness, and drive pipeline growth.
  • Create community-focused events to build connections with prospects and customers.
  • Ensure event alignment with sales goals, target audiences, and regional needs while managing budgets and timelines.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management to align marketing with regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand Marketing to localize content and messaging.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure efficient execution of field programs.

Data-Driven Marketing

  • Use data insights to optimize campaigns, events, and community engagement for improved conversion and ROI.
  • Track and report on metrics, including pipeline impact, revenue influence, and overall marketing effectiveness.
About you

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS Field Marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth in North America.
  • Strong knowledge of the North American Enterprise market, adept at tailoring campaigns and events to local cultures and business environments.
  • Proven ability to build and foster industry communities through events and localized marketing strategies.
  • Extensive experience executing large-scale, high-impact events for enterprise audiences.
  • Successful collaboration with Sales, Account Management, and Global Marketing teams in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to deliver compelling presentations and reports.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
What’s in it for you?

You will join a remote-first and globally spread team, with company events a couple of times each year as the icing on the cake 🎂 We offer a fun, collaborative environment where everyone truly cares and helps each other. We have zero micro-management and instead you are encouraged to cultivate your own processes while giving and receiving feedback for improvement. Add to that a competitive compensation package, the possibility of working with cutting-edge technology in our industry (such as GenAI) and to be part of simplifying the professional lives of many - what’s not to like?

We look forward to hearing from you!
