Job description

SpecterOps is searching for an experienced technical project manager to support the Revenue Operations team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and delivering technical projects that drive revenue growth and optimize operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of revenue operations.

Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 base salary annually, commensurate with experience.

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. or Canada, with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, TechOps, etc.) to execute revenue operations strategies and implement technical solutions that align with company goals.
  • Provide technical support in designing, developing, and maintaining technical systems and tools that support revenue operations, including CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms.
  • Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project schedules that conform to the team and company roadmaps. Help determine feature scope and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Assist in designing and implementing technical solutions to enhance the functionality of existing tools and platforms, tailored to the specific needs of the revenue operations team.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of data across various systems to provide a single source of truth for revenue-related metrics and insights.
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making and measure the success of revenue operations initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience, 5+ years of project management and technical roles related to revenue operations.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot), data integration tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier), and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management related certification from an accredited intuition.
  • Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence).
