Job Title: Associate Director, Operations Analytics


POSITION SUMMARY:

 

Reporting to the Operations Chief of Staff, the Associate Director, Operations Analytics is the leader responsible for the establishment and advancement of analytic capabilities within the Operations team. This role will provide reporting and analytic support for process improvement, cost savings initiatives, and operations management.

 

The Associate Director, Operations Analytics will collaborate with the Operations, Product, and Technology teams to develop a deeper understanding of our programs value and how it’s delivered, to guide analytic development. Cross-functional development with the Analytics team will require a strong partnership across technical areas.   

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Create and maintain suite of operational reports / dashboards.
  • Partner with customers, leadership, internal and external partners to identify/develop/measure the value and outcome metrics that matter to our business and our customers.
  • Partner with data analytics / engineering team to establish operations specific database.
  • Collaborate across the company and support senior leadership to deliver on large scale initiatives.
  • Develop insights and analytics tools to drive automation initiatives (with support from the data engineering team and leadership if/as needed).
  • Work with Product / Operations team leaders to facilitate standardizing and capturing necessary data elements to represent program value.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires a minimum of seven years (7) of demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or healthcare hub services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required (or equivalent experience).
  • Must have intermediate to advanced data analysis, reporting, interpretation, presentation skills and the ability to develop superior product knowledge.
  • Must be comfortable and proficient with client services processes from onboarding to results measurement and ensuing growth.
  • Must have knowledge of current best practices in all aspects of strategic corporate and integrated operations.
  • Must have relational database management experience: SQL
  • Must have experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Sisense, PowerBI)


MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work as an effective leader and collaborative team member.

Salary Description
$96,831.56 - $140,000.00
