Salary range is:

$118,011.00 - $165,000.00

This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

The Role
Are you interested in creating industry-first analytical product innovations at a fast-growing technology company? As a Product Manager of Data and Analytics at CCC, you will lead cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and guide your analytical products from inception to launch. Responsibilities will include determining customer/market data and analytic needs and priorities, building use cases for new analytical products and analytical product enhancements, partnering with leadership to ensure effective execution. Also, you will collaborate with the product marketing, account teams and customers to ensure effective product positioning and pricing.


 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an innovator with demonstrated ability to craft a vision for new analytical products, get people excited by ideas and get them quickly to market
  • Develop new use cases for new analytics products and product enhancements including identification of business problem, proposed solution and Go to Market activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and direct implementation of analytical product roadmaps across entire organization and business units, including prioritization of features and determining what should be included in each release
  • Prioritize product enhancements and customer requests by making smart, decisive trade-offs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment
  • Communicate product positioning and strategic value both internally and externally. Collaborate with marketing, sales, sales enablement, solutions and consulting and development team and manage customer expectations around product delivery
  • Support and collaborate with the product launch team for the Go to Market process to ensure the organization is ready to train, deploy, and support the product in the market
  • Measure the actual results of the release/product against the defined product metrics and revenue expectations


 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or other technical fields. MBA preferred
  • 5+ Years of Product Management Experience
  • 2-3 Years of Experience developing Tableau dashboards and in storytelling using data
  • 2-3 Years of Experience in the insurance industry (preferred, not required)
  • Familiarity of insurance claims data and/or process
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills with external customers and proven experience with collaborating with internal cross-functional teams
