Nidec is looking to add a Global Quality Director to their team!  In this role you will lead and direct global process improvement activities that provide more efficient and streamlined workflow. Provide strategic leadership on end-to-end functional quality assurance initiatives to ensure best-in-class quality outcomes for Business Operations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality assurance initiatives are fully integrated throughout the department, maximizing opportunity to improve outcomes and detect quality gaps.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and collaborating with others for quality assurance performance and for Global quality improvement aspects of risk adjustment processes for all products.
• Oversee satisfaction surveys and research, identify, and implement best practices in collaboration with Global Operations leadership.
• Organize and oversee Global Quality activities, resources, methods, and procedures to achieve department quality assurance strategy.
• Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative programs and initiatives to improve outcomes. Present results of improvement efforts and ongoing performance measures to senior management.
