The Sales Development Specialist will proactively engage with prospective healthcare clients to identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings for the sales leadership team, driving new business opportunities. You will also maintain and update the company’s contact database while leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn to build connections and generate interest. This position will be remotely based.

Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively reach out to prospective healthcare clients to identify key decision-makers within their facilities
  • Schedule meetings for the sales leadership team with prospective clients to drive new business opportunities
  • Actively maintain and update the company’s database with accurate contact information and prospect details
  • Engage with potential clients through LinkedIn and other social media platforms to build meaningful connections and drive interest
  • Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals

Required Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of 1 year in an office environment is required
  • MUST have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Career-oriented mentality with a desire for career advancement
  • Innate problem-solving ability 
  • An insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed
  • Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $31.25  hourly, which equates to $65,000 plus incentive/bonus plan.
