What is the Chief Product Officer role?

As Chief Product Officer at CopilotIQ, you will lead the development and execution of our product strategy. You will manage a remote team across product management, design/UX, and research, to build a transformative product.

You will collaborate with engineering, clinical, sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth, and manage external partners . Define and track KPIs to measure success, using insights to optimize our offerings.

Stay informed on industry trends and engage with stakeholders for feedback. Represent CopilotIQ at industry events and build strategic relationships to drive innovation and market leadership. Join us in creating a cutting-edge telehealth platform that ensures comprehensive patient care.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Report directly to the CEO, and be a key part of the executive leadership team.
  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. 
  • You will be responsible for ensuring our products win in the market. You’ll have an expert view of true TAM, competitive analysis, strategic differentiation, and margin, and be able to articulate why we’ll win to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure awareness of any applicable regulatory requirements, and navigate those requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse, remote team across product management, design, and research, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with  marketing, clinical, sales, and engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, revenue growth, maximize gross margin, and ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Assess partnership opportunities to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives. 
  • Gather feedback directly through consistent engagements with external stakeholders including customers, industry analysts, media, partners, and trade associations.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader in the digital health space, participating in industry events, conferences, and customer engagements. Build strategic relationships with industry leaders, technology partners, and strategic partners to drive product innovation and market leadership.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS products.
  • Proven commercial success scaling a product portfolio.
  • Minimum of 10 years in product leadership roles demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Scope inclusive of product management, product design and user research.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with customers, partners and other external stakeholders at various levels of hierarchy, from C-level executives to technical individuals.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to product development and decision-making.
  • Proven track record building and marketing through Product and Sales led motions.
  • Deep understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth; remote environment
