Part-time Collections Specialist with QBO Experience

We are seeking a Collections Specialist with experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contract drafting, invoicing, and managing client payments. You will work closely with the accounting department and ensure that all financial transactions are handled efficiently.

NOTE: Candidates must be proficient in both English and Spanish, spoken and written. Only resumes in English will be considered. This application is open to individuals who permanently reside in any Latin American country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO) for invoicing and payment processing.
• Draft contracts and documents based on provided templates.
• Collect and manage due payments from clients.
• Answer client inquiries regarding contracts and payment terms.
• Communicate with clients about overdue payments in a professional and respectful manner.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate records and follow-up.

Requirements

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), particularly in the invoicing module.

• Strong customer service experience, particularly in discussing contracts and payments.

• Comfortable handling financial conversations with clients.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
