Job description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketing QA Specialist. This role will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of email and CRM marketing campaigns through meticulous quality assurance processes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables meet branding, technical, and strategic guidelines.

The schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Core Tasks:

Conduct Quality Assurance reviews on email marketing deliverables (templates, popups, campaigns, flows, SMS)
Check technical setups of campaigns and flows to ensure strategy, deliverability, and proper targeting
Prepare and execute CRM campaign tactics, including promotions, in-app banners, and customer lists
Participate in daily stand-ups to review workload and priorities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, maintaining and updating documentation

Must-Have:

2+ years of experience with an ESP platform
1+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM (Braze preferred)
Proficiency with JIRA, Slack, G-Suite, CRM systems (email, push, in-app, promo codes)
Experience reviewing, updating, and scheduling digital campaigns, including copy, code, and creative review
Basic experience with Google Sheets

Compensation range: ₱65,000 to ₱75,000/month
