Client Success Specialist

Position Summary:

The Client Success Specialist is the first line of communication for our clients, providing information on our products and pricing, and providing services on virtual tours and photography orders. Candidates should expect high call and email volumes and possess the skills needed to multi-task, time manage, follow-up, and look for solutions interdependently with provided resources.

Compensation is commensurate with experience; we offer subsidized group health and dental benefits as well as short-term disability coverage. We have seven paid holidays, and you begin accruing Paid Time Off starting on day one!

  • Handling high volume calls and emails

  • Information Capture of Potential Clients

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory 2+ years customer service experience in a remote call center style environment
  • Mandatory 2+ years in scheduling, booking, coordination, or similar experience
  • Possesses our Core Values: Teamwork, Passion, Consistency, Accountability
  • De-escalation training or experience is a HUGE plus
  • Real estate experience is a HUGE plus
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 programs
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with great task organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Has a good sense of humor and a positive attitude!
