The TikTok Community and Recruitment Lead will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and success for our expanding TikTok Shop client portfolio.  The ideal candidate will be able to develop, manage and grow a vast network of creators and affiliates that will help reduce the time it takes for our partners to go from launch to revenue generation. 

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate will have experience with: 

  • Advise Clients: Provide strategic advice on selecting ideal affiliates, including commission rates, plans, and other essential details.
  • Program Setup: Establish and manage creator affiliate programs for new and existing clients.
  • Recruit Influencers: Identify and recruit TikTok influencers and content creators who can become successful affiliates for our brands.
  • Source Affiliates: Identify and source creator affiliates interested in promoting client products, ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Monitor Performance: Track affiliate performance and provide regular, data-backed reports on key metrics to keep clients informed and optimize results.
  • Client Coordination: Respond to emails/messages to coordinate product sample shipments as well as other creator questions.
  • Organize Content: Develop and organize decks, reports, and presentation materials for potential and existing clients.
  • Communicate with Affiliates: Engage with creator-affiliates at both a mass and 1:1 level, both on and off-platform.
  • Training and Management: Train and manage new creator affiliate team members.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in social media, influencer marketing, and/or ecommerce.
  • TikTok Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience as a TikTok user, staying up to date with the latest trends and features on the platform.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Additional Experience: Previous TikTok or agency experience is a plus.
  • Network: A strong network of influencers and content creators on TikTok is a plus.

Compensation: $35/hour 

Location-Based Pay:

  • Compensation is based on the candidate’s location within the United States.

Note: The salary range represents the base salary and does not account for additional benefits, bonuses, or the equity incentive plan. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
