Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Klaviyo Email Campaign Manager to join our growth marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a variety of email marketing initiatives. They will be responsible for email segmentation, lifecycle flow optimization, and improving the tagging system, while working closely with the marketing team to drive successful campaigns.

The Role

1. Email List Segmentation:
  • Refine and manage the 2024 master lists and lifecycle lists, ensuring up-to-date engagement filters.
  • Review and optimize existing segments with proper filters.
  • Suggest innovative segmentation strategies and improvements.
  • Clean and maintain profiles, removing duplicates and incorrect data.

2. Lifecycle Flow Management:

  • Conduct audits on lifecycle email setups to ensure correct configurations.
  • Improve existing lifecycle flows and manage recurring campaigns (e.g., welcome series, re-engagement flows).
  • Review sign-up forms, ensuring proper lead transitions from sign-up to welcome flow.

3. Tagging System Maintenance:

  • Evaluate and propose updates to the current tagging system for improved targeting.

4. Campaign Execution:

  • Support the execution and deployment of email campaigns.
  • Set up A/B tests for optimization.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor performance metrics and report on campaign results.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine future email campaigns and segmentation strategies.

6. Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure email campaigns comply with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to apply best practices.

7. Additional E-Commerce Support:

  • Product, Order, Customer, Discount Management.
  • Content & SEO management.
  • Email marketing integration management.
 

The Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with Klaviyo and Shopify.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience deriving insights from data.
  • Proven track record of managing email campaigns and lifecycle flows.
  • Expertise in email list management and segmentation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work EST hours.


Compensation Range: Php 75,000 - Php 85,000
