As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Campaign Manager.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Campaign Manager at Mythic Talent is a key player in ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns for our brand clients. This role requires a strong understanding of influencer marketing dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with talent managers, sales teams, and brand clients to coordinate campaign activities, manage activations from start to finish, and ensure all deadlines and client expectations are met.

Our ideal candidate will work 10am-6pm EST or PST with flexibility for job demands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Overseeing and Executing Campaigns

  • Manage marketing campaigns involving up to ~20 talents, ensuring all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and evaluation are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Campaign Budget Management and Deployment

  • Manage and deploy assigned campaign budgets up to $200,000 per campaign, as assigned by your Department Head. Ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve campaign objectives while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Campaign Volume

  • Manage a maximum of 40 unique campaigns per month or roughly 200 individual activations per month, ensuring each campaign receives adequate attention and resources for successful execution.

Campaign Planning and Strategy

  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaign plans aligned with organizational goals and target audience insights. Define campaign objectives, messaging, channels, and tactics to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

Campaign Execution

  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and more. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of campaign elements.

Creative Development

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets, including visuals, copywriting, videos, and other creative materials. Ensure all assets are on-brand and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.

Campaign Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and other KPIs. Use data insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

Client Communication and Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and partners, providing regular updates on campaign progress, addressing feedback and concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction and campaign success for both Mythic Talent.. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Between Teams

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, creative, and analytics teams, to align campaign strategies with broader business objectives and ensure cohesive execution across all departments.

Project Management

  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively manage campaign timelines, tasks, and resources. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Continuous Learning and Development

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving marketing landscape.

Campaign Reporting and Presentations

  • Prepare comprehensive campaign reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients. Present findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.

Regular Updates and Reports

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Director of Campaigns on campaign progress, including key metrics, budget tracking, and any challenges or opportunities encountered during execution. This helps the Director of Campaigns stay informed and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year of experience in campaign management or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns from conception to execution
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Sheets, slides, documents, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive campaign optimization and performance
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising
  • Flexible working schedule

PLUSES

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
