Key responsabilities:
- Administer Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and coordinate with state and federal guidelines
- Handle high volume incoming calls professionally
- Maintain documentation of leaves within the database
- Engage in ongoing education about laws and service delivery
- Demonstrate respect for caller’s circumstance while maintaining professionalism
