Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented full-time Associate Attorney, who is admitted to the New York State Bar, and has 0-3 years of experience to join our prestigious Trusts & Estates and Real Estate practice groups.

Key Responsibilities

Trusts & Estates Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients through the estate planning journey.
  • Draft a variety of estate planning and trust administration documents.
  • Assist clients with trust funding and offer pertinent advice.
  • Navigate and manage Surrogate's Court processes, including necessary court filings.
  • Oversee trust and probate administration cases while adhering to deadlines.

Real Estate Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in property purchases and sales.
  • Review and analyze real estate documents, providing insightful recommendations to clients.
  • Interpret relevant laws, rulings, and regulations pertaining to real estate transactions.
  • Draft essential real estate documentation during transactions.
  • Manage title insurance underwriting, curative efforts, and claims.
