Hybrid Mortgage Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH

Position Overview

We are actively seeking a committed Mortgage Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact for our borrowers, delivering outstanding service and support for their mortgage-related inquiries. You will be responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring that all customer requirements are addressed with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to borrower inquiries promptly and accurately, maintaining a high standard of customer care.
• Effectively manage incoming calls, ensuring productivity while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Conduct comprehensive research to resolve customer issues and meticulously document all interactions within the servicing system.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently and complete outbound calls as required, balancing business demands with call volume.
• Follow up on customer concerns to guarantee complete satisfaction and resolution.
• Assist with various other responsibilities as necessary.

Work Schedule

Our hybrid work model allows for remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday. One Saturday per month is also required, with standard business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
