Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of an efficient month-end closing procedure to guarantee timely and precise financial reporting.
- Conduct cash flow forecasting to maintain the organization’s financial wellness.
- Formulate and oversee budgets and annual plans that support strategic growth initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP across all accounting processes.
- Recognize and implement improvements in current accounting methodologies.
- Prepare trend analyses, financial models, and research to guide strategic choices.
- Establish and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with leadership to tackle and resolve business challenges.
- Supervise tax preparation and compliance.
- Manage special projects and reporting requirements as necessary.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
- At least four years of relevant experience, particularly in multi-entity, financial services, or technology sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a collaborative approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Capability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-centric setting.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting required.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience preferred in multi-entity, financial services, or technology industries.
