Key Responsibilities

• Prepare bankruptcy petitions and correspondence with clients, as well as draft pleadings.
• Manage case files to ensure compliance with established processes and timelines.
• Conduct client meetings through phone or Zoom, ensuring effective communication.
• Oversee court dockets and prepare necessary documentation for hearings.
• Assist clients with the preparation and attendance of 341 meetings.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys on various aspects of client cases.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle case responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in bankruptcy law is essential.
