Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of current business processes and systems.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of critical components of the product roadmap, ensuring collaboration with internal stakeholders and other product managers.
  • Formulate, manage, and communicate project plans encompassing timelines, risk assessments, dependency tracking, issue logs, and requests for changes prior to delivery.
  • Author user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect customer use cases, edge cases, dependencies, and non-functional requirements.
  • Validate acceptance criteria and endorse completed work.
  • Work alongside colleagues to optimize the backlog according to business value, ensuring a consistent supply of high-priority tasks for each sprint.
  • Prioritize tasks and make tradeoff decisions to maximize the value derived from the CRM platform investment.
  • Assist the software development team in realizing objectives by actively addressing obstacles that may impede sprint goals.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on progress and proactively seek feedback during the development process.
  • Provide robust support to Operations team leaders through effective problem-solving and communication.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the successful rollout of new platform features.
  • Promote and educate other teams about product capabilities.
  • Ensure product compliance with legal standards and adapt processes to adhere to changing regulations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience guiding developers in the design and launch of application software in a large-scale, complex environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the entire product lifecycle, incorporating customer feedback into product requirements, and executing pre/post-launch activities.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and deadlines while upholding high standards.
  • Strong proficiency in prototyping and iterative development.
  • Experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to creating outstanding user experiences.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong inclination for effective communication, inclusion, and transparency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment with fluid processes and an emphasis on innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with the technologies used in the product, including PHP, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and GitHub (hands-on experience required).
  • Required minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
