Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Process Consultant specializing in Finance and Supply Chain. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting organizations to optimize their operations and unveil hidden efficiencies. Your expertise in Source to Pay (S2P) will be instrumental in transforming how businesses manage their financial and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in procurement, supplier management, and accounts payable, guiding clients in leveraging our innovative platform.
  • Spearhead process transformation initiatives by evaluating existing workflows, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement, and architecting future-state solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to translate their business needs into actionable configurations that drive efficiency.
  • Champion customer success by conducting workshops, training sessions, and providing continuous support to maximize platform utilization.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and partners to deliver outstanding results.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence and guide procurement departments, showcasing strong thought leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge of S2P processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in transforming business requirements into user stories for agile development.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with leading S2P platforms such as Procurify, Ariba, or Coupa.
  • Bonus: Understanding of Knowledge-Centered Service/Support methodologies.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous.
